Q: Who can take part in this incentive?
Any active Avenir Telecom client

Q: Do I need to register?
No, all clients who are connecting to O2 during the incentive period will be included in the incentive.

Q: Is there a minimum performance level?
Yes, the individual performance level targets will be advised by Avenir Telecom by 1st March 2010 via email. Please do not hesitate to contact us on marketing@avenir-telecom.co.uk in case you have forgotten your target or haven’t received it yet.

Q: Which products count towards this incentive?
All new O2 business connections made between 1st March 2010 and 30th April 2010. Only new O2 business connections made above your performance target are eligible.

Q: Which price plans count towards the target?
All O2 Business Voice Plans including Legacy tariffs and all O2 post pay Mobile Broadband plans.

Q: What are the prizes?
Eight top performing clients will win two VIP tickets each to a live concert on 5th May 2010.

Q: What happens about returns/disconnections?
If there have been returns or disconnections these will be taken into account and could affect the prize winner. All records of sales figures will be kept to ensure the next person who is eligible for the prize will be contacted.

Q: Do I need to pay tax on my prize?
Any prize received is a benefit in kind and subject to tax and NIC. You are responsible for declaring any prizes as a benefit to yourself and therefore to pay any associated Income Tax on all goods/benefits received.

Terms and conditions
Avenir Telecom and O2 reserve the right to change any part of the promotion at any time without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. All decisions made by Avenir Telecom and O2 are final. The promoter reserves the right to withhold awards to winners until the valid criteria have been validated. Validated net business connections made to O2 between 1st March and 30th April 2010 inclusive qualify towards this incentive. Avenir Telecom standard terms and conditions apply to all new business connections to O2. Once connected, the connections will be verified against your dealership. By participating in this incentive, you will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Only active Avenir Telecom clients are entitled to win the prizes. Dealerships who are no longer clients of Avenir Telecom will forfeit their reward irrespective of performance during or prior to the incentive. Sales will be recorded at Avenir Telecom and the results will be based on data supplied to them. The winning dealerships will be contacted by Avenir Telecom directly. All winners must be eligible persons employed by an Avenir Telecom Client that they were working for at the start of the incentive, when being notified of award and receipt of their award and not working their notice period or under disciplinary proceedings. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. A limit of two VIP tickets per dealership applies. Any tax or national insurance liabilities incurred through participation of the incentive are the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of each individual winner to declare any reward as a Benefit in Kind to the Inland Revenue. Avenir Telecom, O2 and their appointed representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant under this incentive. However nothing in the rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Avenir Telecom, O2, and their appointed representatives.
