The team at Avenir Telecom is dedicated to providing a service to you and your team and will do everything in their power to make your life easier:
Business Development
You will have an account management team that is dedicated to helping you and your team, and will guide you through all of the internal processes from signing up your first account through to ordering stock and receiving your commission
You will also be allocated a field based Business Development Manager who will be on hand to assist you in all areas of running and developing your business
Commissions and credit control
Our commission team are so on the ball that we are able to process your commission payments weekly (uncapped)
Our team are constantly in touch with the networks to ensure that all commissions are processed efficiently and effectively
Our credit control team includes a dedicated Financial Account Manager who will provide support and is happy to answer any query you might have regarding the financials of running your business
The team are flexible so if they know that you have connections being processed and you are expecting commission payments, they can arrange for you to buy kit off the back of these commissions (called a contra)
Marketing
It is our responsibility to keep you up to date with the latest news, offers and promotions relevant to your business and, as such, our marketing team produces some of the best publications in the industry
The marketing team prides themselves on interpreting the information that comes from the networks and making it more user friendly for our partners
With Avenir Telecom, you have access to a variety of marketing materials, from Point of Sale materials to bulletins;
Our incentives and bespoke campaigns are managed by the team who are available to discuss any query with you
Again, you can see our marketing team as an extension to your own - they are happy to provide advice and guidance on all marketing activities
Trade Sales
At Avenir, your dedicated Internal Account Manager works closely with you to recommend a variety of products and solutions to fit your customers' needs
This team will provide you with inside knowledge of all of the handsets and accessories that your customers need
Client Services/Business Solutions
Once you are allocated a Business Development Manager, you will also be able to process all of your orders, via our online Focus portal and these will be picked up and rapidly processed by our client services/business solutions team
This team, which is based at Avenir House, has over 91 years of combined experience in customer services; our dedicated client services team can cut-through red tape and connect your customers quickly and effectively
Our online data management system, FOCUS, provides administrative support for the daily workings of your business and significantly streamlines the data collection process
We will connect your customers and credit check them in-house - reducing your workload dramatically
Data Solutions and Technical Support
Our technical support/data solutions team can answer any telecommunications query such as:
how to set up a BIS or BES
how to organize push email on a Nokia N97
iPhone handset queries
advice and guidance on applications
information and help re Data Sim products
training for your own team

Our highly experienced retention team works both proactively and reactively to help you to pre-empt and minimize customer churn (we know this starts with a contract being signed so we will work with you right from the start)
Pro-actively: we contact partners with customers currently in-contract as well as those out of contract
Re-actively: we can quickly set up manufacturer visits to customers should they be needed
