Andy Tow

Managing Director

Andy joined Avenir Telecom from Data Select, where he was MD of the mobile managed services division. Before joining Data Select Andy was chief executive of Unique Distribution and for 6 years Managing Director at Adam Phones after 16 years at Vodafone, where he was head of indirect sales. Andy's experience and knowledge of the industry, combined with his business acumen and innovative approach, means that he can continue to ensure Avenir Telecom is the distributor of choice for all independent UK dealers.

Brian Korel

Finance Director

Brian is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in the mobile industry for over 16 years. Brian's experience includes working for networks and service providers and he has held senior roles in a number of divisions at Vodafone. Brian's financial and mobile industry expertise is a valuable asset to Avenir Telecom.

John Pett

Sales Director

John brings over 10 years of senior management and sales director experience in the SME and corporate marketplace to Avenir Telecom. With proven experience in direct, indirect, account management and telesales across mobile, broadband and telecomms organisations, his approach consistently delivers results. John's passion for employee development and customer choice helps to ensure that Avenir Telecom's clients benefit from the leading mobile and converged solutions.

Stuart Balaam

Sales Director, Accessories

Stuart joins Avenir Telecom as Sales Director for our Accessories Division and brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry and over 10 years of accessories-specific experience spanning both distribution and manufacturers. Stuart was previously UK Country Manager at Modelabs, where he uplifted the market share of their accessories and 'Bluetrek' headset ranges. Prior to Modelabs, Stuart was Business Development Manager at Parrot. Stuart’s retail experience in home entertainment and mobile communications has been a great contribution to the development of our Accessories channel.

Adrienne Watt
Operations Manager
Adi is responsible for managing Avenir Telecom's client services and internal sales teams. She is concentrating on delivering a first class customer service to all of our business partners, as well as building a robust Retention and After-Sales programme. With over 6 years' experience of setting up, developing and managing Sales and Customer Service teams in the dynamic and fast moving environment of a major national automotive retailer, Adi's role is fundamental in further delivery of maximum profitability and maximum value to our client base.

Shola Fasina

IT Infrastructure Manager

Shola graduated from Greenwich University with a Computer Science degree and worked in the IT departments at an engineering company and Ealing council before moving into the telecoms sector. Shola has seven years' experience in the mobile industry and has been instrumental in redesigning Avenir Telecom UK's IT infrastructure in line with the growth of the business. With a keen eye for business performance improvement through IT, Shola is responsible for all technical business projects and process development.

Paul Southward

Head of Logistics

Paul has worked at Avenir for over seven years, and within that time has worked his way up from his first role on the operations floor to become responsible for the smooth running of warehousing and deliveries. Paul has extensive knowledge of telecommunications logistics and has worked to successfully streamline the operations department.

Vedia Johnson

Head of Marketing

Vedia joins Avenir Telecom as a Head of Marketing and brings over 25 years of strategic brand marketing experience in retail and B2B markets into the business. As a highly motivated brand marketer, Vedia has previously managed branding for the National Lottery as Head of Marketing & Creative Services for Camelot Group and, before that, spent more than 10 years as PR Manager and Head of Marketing at Woolworths Group.
